Generate rows based on periods in columns

I need help on how to achieve this in Alteryx. Anyone that knows how?

Create table 2 based on table 1:

Customer name	Period 01 2019	Period 02 2019	Period 03 2019
A	3,14	6	8,5

Table 2

Customer name	Period	Value
A	01 2019	3,14
A	02 2019	6
