Generate rows based on number of bedrooms

Hi,

I have the below property data and depending on the number of bedrooms like to create additional Prop Code with suffix ( A, B, C....)

Prop Code	Bedrooms	Repair Type
4041	3	HSE
4042	5	HSE

Desired Result as in the below table

Prop Code	Type	Repair Type	Unit Description	Bedrooms
4041	Scheme	HSE	Cost Ctr-Share Hse /	3
4041A	Property	RM	Room 1 /	1
4041B	Property	RM	Room 2 /	1
4041C	Property	RM	Room 3 /	1
4042	Scheme	HSE	Cost Ctr-Share Hse /	5
4042A	Property	RM	Room 1 /	1
4042B	Property	RM	Room 2 /	1

Sorry, I'm multi-tasking.... her is a solution.  It generates rows for the bedrooms and then replaces #'s with letters.
