Gallery Workflow - Automatic schedule

Hi all,

I have my workflows published in my company's internal gallery. All of them should run in sequential manner. Is there any job we can setup to schedule for running these workflows at a given time?

Hi @messi007 , thanks for this! It helps. Can we use this to schedule all the workflows? I see this is for an individual workflow. I have 15 of them and as soon as one is finished, next one should kick start and run until the final one. Any option for that?

If your scenario implies that there is a dependency (or dependencies) between the results of a completed workflow and the starting execution point of a subsequent workflow (For example, a subsequent workflow requires the presence of a refreshed dataset that must be available from an earlier workflow.), these workflows can also be executed in a number of ways:

• There are some third-party (not directly supported by Alteryx) components that can execute multiple workflows in a sequence. CREW Macros, mentioned in the previous response, are a valid solution.
• Gallery APIs. It is technically possible to check the status of a workflow job and launch the next workflow after the previous is completed. This approach requires prior knowledge of the Alteryx identifier for the workflow on the Server in order to build a working request for the REST API.
