First Argument is not an open RODBC channel

Hi everyone,

Recently, I installed an alteryx designer in one of my colleague laptop. And he has an issue regarding RODBC. Thus, he cannot run the workflow that I have prepared for him.

I have tried to install the R package and put the RODBC files in his document > R > win-library > 3.6 (which is exactly the same with document location for R files).

Could you help me to solve it?
Thank you

Kind regards,
Fendy S.

Hi @Fendys

The location of the R exe and libraries that Alteryx uses is found in a subdirectory of the main Alteryx install dir.  In my case it's F:\Program Files\Alteryx\R-3.6.3.  Install your libraries there and Alteryx will them.

Hi Sir @danilang ,

I have tried to copy the RODBC file in the document into the Alteryx's library in the Local C drive > Program Files > Alteryx > R > Library.

However, the workflow is still not functioning yet.

Do you have other ideas about this issue?

Thank you

Kind regards,
Fendy S.
