Find and replace not working

Hi Team,

Can anyone help me how to get the status on find sheet.

HI @Amy123 

It's not exactly clear what you need help with here. Is the "Find & Replace" tool involved? From your post: do you want to go from Replace to FInd, or Find to Replace? If it's Replace to Find then how are the breakpoints determined? If it's Find to Replace, how will you determine which records to groups into Open vs Closed?

Hopefully a little clarification will get the conversation going here.
