Find Average Days Between multiple deliveries

Hello

I am trying to find the average number of days between deliveries of each outlet and product combo. So if I have 4 deliveries recorded for an specific outlet and product combination in my data set. Then I would calculate the days between each of the deliveries, then average them. 

Any help would be appreciated. 

Deliveries	Days Between Deliveries
11/1/2019
12/15/2019	44
1/5/2020	21
3/1/2020	56
Average	40.33333333

I'm sharing an example where I use the multi-row tool to create the difference of days between the delivery dates.
