Filtering String within a Column of Input Data

Hi All

I am very new to Alteryx so any help would be great. Apologies in advance if something has been posted before.

I have some spend data I am trying to filter through to pick up key words in the description column. I want an output file which will only list the rows which contains any of the keywords. I have a separate list of the keywords to search for in another file.

Please see attached. This is a sample file with a description and values of the spend and the other has my keywords to search for. What Id like to do is search for the keywords I have a list of and then in an output file have a column added which lists which key words have been found against each row.
