Filter for dates is not filtering the year as expected

Hi All,

I have created a sample workflow below. What I would want is only the dates that are AFTER 09/01/current year get filtered out however as seen in the sample workflow the date 11/04/2021 is getting filtered out as well even though it is before current year (2022)

You need to parse your date first to make good comparaison as shown in attachement.
