Error with installing

I have downloaded the file "AlteryxDownloadManager_NonAdmin_x64.exe" from https://www.alteryx.com/

and when I install it. meet the error below.

And I have tested my NW without probleam.

How can i resolve this error

Hi @E1even !

One of the users on my team received a similar error message when installing Alteryx. I'm not sure if it was being blocked, but we tried disconnecting from our company's VPN to complete the install and that did the trick.

If you are in your organization network, the proxy or firewall setting might be the reason.
Maybe you can ask your IT administrator?
