Error in Upload activation Request

This is the error I'm getting while uploading the req file. Can someone help me out.

Hello @Rahul3,

I am not sure but there seems to be a mismatch between the id associated to the key and the one you used on the request file.

Contact alteryx support so they can help you with this issue.

Hello, I am facing the same issue. I've tried to contact Alteryx support via email support@alteryx.com but they responded with:
"To improve our overall support experience, as of the 2nd of August, 2021, we are directing email-based support requests to a Case Portal that will give us the necessary information we need to support you quickly and effectively."

Moreover, I cannot access Case Portal if my license is not activated (even if the issue concerns it's activation...). Is there any other way to contact Alteryx support?
