Email Tool Question

Hello!

I have a workflow that I run daily but I need to email it to another person only once a month. Is there a setting or work-around that tells Alteryx to only utilize the email tool on the last business day of the month?

Appreciate any help.

Hi @heidi-merritt 

You can build a logic like this.

Workflow:

1. Use filter to check is today month end. If not no rows are sent and no email. If yes a mail is sent.

2. Make sure configure email tool to take To field from column. Reason being if there is no rows no To value is generated and no mail is sent.
