E-Mail subject current data

Hi all,

Is it possilbe in the E-Mail icon in the subject always to take the current date?

Please see attached screenshot where I need to have always todays date and the text "Daily files".

Hi @Pascal_R , Yes it  possible to make a dynamic field and using it as a subject in the Email Tool. Please refer to the screenshot.
1) need to create a formula using formula tool.

2) Change the configuration of the Email Tool as follows check the box Use field in the subject column and select the field that was created above using formula tool.

Do you keep the suject empty in the text input? Somehow its not taking the date. 

In addition the date format needs to be dd.mm.yyyy.

Please see attache workflow where I have the issue.

Refer this table whenever you want format the Date. 

This will help you to choose correct date format.

@Pascal_R , No I have not created any column Subject I just entered a default value as in the given screeshot and created a column subject using the formula tool where i specified that formula. The same date format might have worked for that one as well.

Hi Sapna,

I understood your solution to do it via an Email Tool!

But, is it also achievable by the Events Tab (email via an event) ?

P.S :- I want an email to be sent daily after the workflow is run successfully.
