Dynamically Create List Box Values From Input File

Hello,

I'm connecting a list box tool to a filter and then saving the output for the next workflow.  For some reason it's not updating the filter when I make the selections on the interface and is only giving me the results for what is currently defaulted in the tools.  I'm sure it's something minor and small, but I'm hoping someone can figure out why this is not working.  Any help you can provide would be so awesome!

@ResearchRE in your action tool, try clicking on the expression-value line. Right now it appears to be on the filter line.
