Designer Installer 'AlteryxDownloadManager_NonAdmin_x64' not launching

I downloaded Alteryx installer 'AlteryxDownloadManager_NonAdmin_x64.exe' from download page - https://www.alteryx.com/resources/product-support/download-alteryx

But it is not launching on Windows. When I run it with Administrator, it just flashes & exits. 

PS : Firewall is OFF, No Antivirus in the system. Looks like problem with .exe

Have you already restarted your computer to make sure that there aren't any pending updates that would conflict with software installation? Also, is it possible that your company has a security policy on your machine that would prevent software from being installed (separate from firewall/antivirus)?
