Date Issue

Hi,

I have an issue on a date issue. So I have a column in excel where the date appears as format as 01/01/2021 throughout the column, but when i run it through alteryx i get the following format as string 28/02/2021 and 22-01-2021; when I use the tool DateTime it only converts the format 28/02/2021 but the items as 22-01-2022 appears as null.

I would any help on this issue.
