Data conversion from payslip format

Hi Experts,

Need a help to convert data from payslip format to row wise format. This is part of another work flow where I need to convert from a folder with multiple excel files which was originally pdf files but converted to excel files.

Need a help here, "Actual" highlighted is the format I get and "through alteryx" is the format expected or the data should be finally. Experts please help.
