Did you know that your MS Excel file contains Merge Cells? So, if I just try to import your "Output" data for testing, then it looks likes this:

You may would like to read this Alteryx won't merge cells, but you could use a multi-row formula to blank out the value if it's the ...

I assume you are doing previous and current year.

Have a look at the attached.  You will the records in the right order.

A bit of cleaning was in place to takeout irrelevant records.

@mohit9garg — You can use "Cross Tab" tool then "Join Multiple". Hope the attached workflow will be helpful.
