Can Someone help me to clear major difference between Cross Tab vs Transpose and the practical application when and where to be used these tools

• I would recommend looking at the Tutorial workflows for each tool, which you can easily find by just hovering over each tool within the tool ribbon and clicking on the "Open Example" link:

• Finally, I would recommend having the tool documentation pulled up for the first few times you use it so you can use it as a reference to know what each setting does:
