Core Certification exam

I think alteryx core certification exam website has some system issue. I was trying to re take my exam today and I was not able to see any picture on the question neither I was able to download the data set to answer questions. Sent an email to certification@alteryx.com. not sure why that happened. Anyone here experienced similar situation?

What kind of internet browser you are using?

If it is IE, try to use Chrome.
