Copy Data in second column and paste in new column in the above row

Team, I have a system report  which is giving me in a format which has 'cust no' appearing below the first column and the first column header is utilized to give it a header. I want to convert this format from A to B where the data from every subsequent row is appearing in a above row as new column data . Is this possible, FYI, i tried to search in this forum and did not get a close enough solution. Please help
