Is it possible to set up a workflow to automatically convert text survey responses (Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neither Agree or Disagree, Agree, Strongly Agree) into numbers (1-5) to be able to then calculate response percentages and improvements?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@alexxjames, you can use a formula tool to convert the ratings into a rating bucket from 1 to 5 and then calculate the percentage.
If you can provide a sample dataset we may help you to create a workflow.
Thanks!
Hi Sapna - thank you, that would be great to see how it is done.
So I would be looking at converting all responses to numbers where Strongly Disagree is 1 - and - Strongly Agree is 5
I would be looking at response % per question
And also the improvement from column D to column E to assess improved understanding
@alexxjames, try this and let us know if this is what you are looking for?
I hope this helps!
Thanks!
Brilliant, thank you so much
