Converting date format with a combination of number and alphabet (dd-MMM-yyyy)

My dataset has a date field with the date format being dd-MMM-yyyy, where dd and yyyyy are number and MMM is alphabet as below. Could you assist me to have Alteryx to recognise this as date as currently Alteryx only recognises this as string. Tried DateTime tool but it didn't work.
