We've configured Alteryx scheduler and most of the time the scheduler is working as desired. However, sometimes the controller is lost and the schedule configured is gone when I look into the scheduler (see image attached).
The workflows scheduled are connected to databases on servers which are restarted overnight in the weekend. The first time we ran into this problem, we thought the problem of the disappearing controller was caused by this. But after that the scheduler jobs did run succesfully even when the servers were restarted.
Now we're running into the disappearing controller causing the schedule not to run again and we're wondering what's causing this.
Any ideas ?
When you click the dropdown, what options do you see?
It doesn't sound like the controller is "lost" so much as your network connection is interrupted.

The dropdown is empty. We're going to look into this, if we can find something on network level.
