I am trying to get Alteryx to read from a SharePoint (2013) list. The list is configured to have approval ("require content approval for submitted item" = yes). When approval is turned on SP automatically creates the column called "Approval Status" to track.
The "Approval Status" column is not getting pulled into my workflow. I need to pull in this field and also update it via Alteryx. I am pulling from a view that displays the Approval Status column. I've seen another post about missing columns being related to modifying the list, but i have not modified any columns in this list.
Tableau and Power BI has configuration to pull "hidden columns" like the Approval status. It is a hidden column because it is not listed in List Setting where you can add/edit columns.
Any idea how to get this to work?
