Complicated Input(Migration Trial from VBA to Alteryx)

I want to try to stop VBA and use Alteryx for all process as much as I can.

My biggest issue is first point, data input from multi folder...

I attached example of my input data.

①In sample folder, I need "Product N(Actual)_Necessary file", "Monthly sheet" only.

②Basically it contain FY17 data

③However, Sub category C contain FY16 data, Sub category D contain +6 period data.

    What I want to say is that each file contain different period....

④Finally, I want to Arrange each file data in vertical. Period Standard is Sub Category A.

    (In this sample, I want to get FY17 arranged data)

I checked some dynamic input community discussion.

However, I feel difficulty about Input system a lot....

It is very greateful if you could help me....
