I am looking for a way to read that table and output the race for someone like below based on the highest value in those rows. I know that it will get a little more complicated the format. Is there a good tool for this? A Macro? Any help is greatly appreciated!

You'll want to TRANSPOSE the data and group by Name.

The results will be multiple rows for each record. If you SORT the data by Name and value (descending) you can SAMPLE the data and group by Name and keep the first 1 record.

Use a FORMULA To remove the first 3 characters.

Substring([name],2)
