Column rename from multiple data rows

Help! Looking for a way to rename my column with a concatenated value from the first two rows of data. For example, with the following data... 1 DAA DAA DAB DAB 2 H S H S I'm looking for column names DAA-H, DAA-S, DAB-H, etc...
