Color rows based on date

Hi 

I have a table I would like to format such that you have alternating colors by Date, so Jan-21 is say grey then Feb-21 no color, March 21 grey again, Sept 21 no color. Can someone pls advise how that can be achieved?

Hi @SylviaK 

You can use Reporting tool for that, but firstly apply Multi-Row formula for rows identification.

In reporting tool there is formula if New Field = 0 or 1 then apply background color change.
