Cleaning the Rows

My input data set has multiple headers in the same columns as shown below:

2BABC
3CDEF
4DGHI
5EJKL
Header 4Header 5Header 6
6EMNO
7FPQR
8GSTU

10IYZA

I need to remove the additional Header row (4 to 6) So that I have one clean list with Headers 1 to 3

A simple Filter should be all that you need.

Another way to accomplish it is by using a Select Records Tool:

In the configuration window, you will specify the ranges of the rows that you want to keep. In your example:

1-5

7-11

 

Note that you can also use 7+ instead of 7-11. You would select all the rows beyond 7. The output will be:
