Changing column headers into values

Hi All,

This is my first post. I am new to Alteryx

I have sales data where products are in the column headers:

Month Year	Apples	Oranges
2018-05-31	1838	1370
2018-06-30	1368	995
2018-07-31	1196	1022

I would like to create a "Product" column for the products and have the data to ultimately look like this:

Month Year	Product	Units Sold
2018-05-31	Apples	1838
2018-05-31	Oranges	1370
2018-06-30	Apples	1368
2018-06-30	Oranges	995
2018-07-31	Apples	1196
2018-07-31	Oranges	1022

I would appreciate any help. I am a newbie who is trying to learn quickly, and I am stuck.  Thank you so much.
