Change column name based on field values

Hi there, Could you please help me out with the mechanism of dynamically changing the Column header name of Amt?

It should be like if Key is KK then Column Name should be Amt KK.

Employee Name	Dept.	Key	Amt AL
John	Police	AL	2.5
Quinn	Doctor	KK	77.9
Fritz	Engineer	KK	0.66
etc	etc	etc	etc
etc	etc	etc	etc

You can use the Cross Tab tool to accomplish this. See the attached workflow.

How should the data ultimately look?  Something like the below? I think a cross tab and a dynamic rename to have a prefix of Amt should work

Employee Name	Dept.	Amt AL	Amt KK
John	Police	2.5	0
Quinn	Doctor	0	77.9
