Cannot Schedule Workflow

cannot schedule workflow on the gallery for the newly setup TEST server.

I have admin rights, what settings needs to be changed so that users can schedule the workflows.

Under admin, Enable user to schedule workflows is enabled.

Adding a comment to tag this thread with "The current settings of this workflow prevent it from being scheduled."

Because searching for the exact error message does not produce very helpful results 🙂
