Calculated metric based on single field

Hello,

Can anyone provide some direction based on the attached. I'm trying to create some calculated metrics using data from a single existing field.

I believe you'll be able to achieve what you're looking for using Summarize + Cross-Tab + Formula tools.

1. Summarize: Group data by Vendor & Standardized Email Metric columns, then Count the number of records for each Standardized Email Metric

2. Cross-Tab: Group by Vendor, then use Standardized Email Metric as your headers and Count as your values. This will put each metric along the top of your data as a header and add up the counts for each vendor.

3. Formula: Use Formula tool to calculate your desired metrics using the new columns for each type of Standardized Email Metric.
