Blending two data sets with same field but different record names

Hi, I was wondering how do you combine two data sets with same field but slightly different record names?  Please see attached screenshots for the context. I would like to combine the values according to "Platform," and I tried using the Join tool, but that omits the records that are not in common among the two data sets, e.g. the "Sides" record. Is there any way I could join these two data, and add whatever that is not in common as a new row?

Thanks!

Hi @serhoshu1118,

You need to use a join tool, then an union that connect the 3 outputs of the join tool.
