Automatically run workflow

Could someone please tell me how to automatically run a workflow as soon as a new file comes into my OneDrive folder( path specified).. the workflow should fetch the file based on latest date and time.

There isn't any native functionality within Alteryx Designer/Server for an event listener, but others have used external programs to kick off workflows on server via the Server API: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Discussions/Run-workflow-when-file-in-directory-is...
