Alteryx failing to start

Hi All,

 

Getting an error in event viewer when I try and start Alteryx:

Also seeing something for the Licensing module.

 

I've tried reinstalling, switching to the non-admin version, uninstalling completely and then installing again. Nothing seems to work. Alteryx only opened the first time I installed it and never had again since I closed it after the first time.

 

I have used it for a couple of years now but now with a new company so hasten to think it might be a hardware issue with my new laptop. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Have tried running it in admin mode? If you can

I'm guessing you already restarted your system. If no one in the community can help, then I'll suggest reaching out to Alteryx support. They are pretty responsive.

Internal issue with company deployed version of .NET Framework. Running Alteryx in compatibility mode is a workaround for now.

I enabled the compatibility mode  by (AMP Engine check box) the same issue persist.
