I have workflows scheduled in my desktop scheduler(2018.3),
Now new Alteryx designer version(2018.4) is coming out and I wonder if I update the designer,
Will all my workflows gone and I need to reschedule them mannualy one by one or will it still keep in my scheduler?
Notice Alteryx designer new installation require uninstall prior version then install the new version,

As a fellow user:
Your schedules should be fine through an upgrade. The version is uninstalled but this process does not remove any of your settings/files, so your configuration should still exist.
If you want to be extra safe, you could take a backup or set a restore point on your computer so that you can roll back if needed, but I have never encountered an issue with a software upgrade for Alteryx.
