Alteryx bringing in special characters from SharePoint List.

Hello,

I am using SharePoint list input tool to access data from SharePoint list and for some reason Alteryx is bringing in extra characters that I don't see on site.

Extra character example - Under Parent Asset ID - 2615;#Asset-2615 - It should be Asset-2615 need to remove character (2615;#)

There are also rows where there are multiple Asset ID's which should be separated by ' ; '  but the numbers are repeating along with ;#. Same with the Datasource column

177;#HECM AOP & 27011;35;#Eboutique;38;#Equator;45;#FALCON;126;#TRAX;25;#CPT;

Future State.

HECM AOP & 27011;Eboutique;Equator;FALCON;TRAX;CPT;
