Alteryx UI - Problem with Overlap

I'm facing an issue with the User Interface of the actual Alteryx Designer Window (Version 2019.3 x64), where some areas appear to be cut or overlap with 'ghost' bars. I've tried reinstalling with no hope, and that is causing me issues practically (for example, I can't see the selected or deselected fields on the select tool as its cut off). 

Does anyone have any solution to this, nothing similar seems to be found online. Some images below:

Main window - the top bar is cut by the light blue theme

Select Tool - the left hand side (where the ticks for selection) is not visible, even though the scroll window is to the left most

Any help would be super appreciated! this problem is making life very difficult for me!
