Alteryx Server System Requirements and Trial

1. What are the Alteryx Server Minimum System Requirements? Tech specs on website only show 'Recommended' and 'High Performance'

2. Is there a trial license for Alteryx Server, Connect and/or Promote? I want to virtualize a testing environment for these three products (I need to know the minimum system requirements before I create the VM instance)

If we have the Worker Node on a separate Server would it make a difference to increase cpu to 32 GB while leaving Gallery and Controller Servers at 16 GB?

Short answer, Yes.

The worker is where the actual processing happens and so it's where you want the power.

Absolutely!  You also want to make sure that you configure the worker to use local disk (not the c drive) for all of your temp work.
