We are currently having some difficulty in connecting our Salesforce instance (Health Cloud) using the Salesforce connector. We use Salesforce Lightning rather than Classic.
We have successfully managed to connect however when we do we are unable to view/access the ‘Service Appointment Object’ which we need to get data from.
We encountered a similar issue connect to Salesforce directly through Tableau and the issue there seemed to be differenced between the API versions that Tableau used versus what was needed to access the Service Appointment object.
Hi @JamesAtley - unfortunately the current connector does not support Salesforce Lightning, and as such only objects that are available via the Salesforce Classic API endpoint can be reached. I would suggest posting it as a Product Idea so that our team can have visibility into the demand!
