AlterYX 11 Excel Output Pipes (Sheet Name)

I recently upgraded to version 11.0.5.26351 and all of my Excel outputs now have 3 pipes (|) between the file name and the assigned sheet name. What is the reason for this? See attached pdf.

Hi @rw9122

As you have noticed, starting with version 11.0, Output data tool now uses 3 pipes instead of 2 for Excel outputs. This was modified to allow use of character "|" in certain conditions.

I have workflows which append excel files to a aggregated source based on their FullPath.  This change caused everything to duplicate and now all my data has two of every record which is a mess.  One with FullPath|sheet and the other with FullPath|||sheet.  This change is VERY frustrating.  I'm going to have to seek out every instance where I do this and correct it.
