Addition of time interval column and number in new columns

Current Dataset:

The current dataset, the datetime are together in a column with a measure called Incidents.

2022-01-03 04:30:00	2

I would like to split the time out into a table seen below:

New Column:

1) Period - 30 minutes interval with the name stated

2) Period Number - Period 1 to 48 since there are 48 periods in a day (30 minutes interval)

This is just a snippet of the data and I would like to include for multiple days and data are running in all 24 hours (12am to 12am - 48 "30 minutes" period interval)
