Adding data from Input sheet to last row and calc SD

 Hi All,New to alteryx trying to solve some problem.

I have input file which i get every month and i need to pick only certain data from it and paste it to sample SD file. I have highlighted the same in input file. Can you help me in designing the below

1) Fetching the data from Input file every month - only latest data to be added to last row of the SD file.(So next month i will just add the same file as input file)

2) And in SD file - Column - Calculate the SD deviation formula used in excel =IFERROR((B26-AVERAGE(B$2:B26))/STDEVP(B$2:B26),"")- I just want for that particular month
