Add current date as header

Hi,

Is there a way to add current date as header in alteryx ? I understand this may be done using reporting tools. But I am not sure which one can be used . 

Could someone please help with this query

My current data, is an out put of table tool . It has 10 columns in it and beneath it respective data. The header/ heading of this must have current date.

Is it required to use render tool if I have to export it to excel ?
