According to the documentation, in order to be able to activate the license online, it is necessary and sufficient to open traffic on ports 80 and 443 to whitelist.alteryx.com.

When submiting the registration form, the following message is displayed:

On another computer with open full traffic, analyzing the network traffic during registration shows that there is traffic to many other addressess. What is this, it looks like Gallery but it is not whitelist.alteryx.com:

What actually the minimum set of rules is sufficient to perform activation from a very secure subnet?

After disabling traffic decryption on the firewall (secure reasons), online activation worked.

Maybe this information will help someone save some time.
