@CristonS The most common case is to use some no-reply address when you send the emails. The best practice, in this case, is to add a reply-to address. This is also recommended method to prevent false positives in spam filters.
I really need this functionality because my Alteryx installation is set up to email from a service account, but I need the replies to some of the emails I send from Alteryx to go to different inboxes. I came onto the community to suggest it and checked to see if there was already a thread first.
We send a lot of emails from an internal address eg alerts@ to our own ticketing/support inbox but want the reply-to to be specific to the relevant customer
I was thinking about this today. Do we need a 'reply to' field when we can change the 'from' field dynamically using the 'use field' option for the 'from' field?
