Yes, I think this is very much needed. There is no good way to detect and remove outliers in alteryx and it is one of the most important activity in any kind of modelling.
Almost 4 years since this idea was posted and still no macro out of the box that may be used. I will consider programming it myself whenever I truly need it for my analysis, and I'll make sure to use the R package mvoutlier to do it.
