Multi Threading R package

Currently the R predictive tools are single thread, which means to utilise multi-threading we need to download separately a third party R package such as Microsoft R Client.

Given this is a better option, should this not be used as the default package upon installation?

To make use of the CPUs on an Alteryx Server, and also given laptops of the current generation typically has 2 to 4 CPUs, it would be highly desirable for Alteryx Design and Server to be bundled with an R distribution that can take advantage of multiple CPUs.
