Include *Unknown from Left and *Unknown from Right in the Join tool

Please build individual *Unknown fields, one from the Left and one from the Right, into the Join tool. One *Unknown field cannot cover both side of the Join leading into the J output.

Similar logic applies to the Append Fields tool. It needs an *Unknown field both from the Source and the Target sides.
